Principal:  Jennifer Forbes

Jennifer Forbes began working in Re3j in 2000.  She started as a 4th grade teacher at Hudson Elementary School.  While at Hudson Elementary School she taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade and was a Coach of Student Achievement.  She has also worked at Weld Central High School and the RE3j District Office.  Mrs. Forbes started working at Lochbuie Elementary School in 2012.  For two year Mrs. Forbes was the Assistant Principal.  In 2013, Mrs. Forbes was very excited to move into the Principal role.   Mrs. Forbes is passionate about learning and teaching.  She loves to work side-by-side with teachers as they plan for instruction.  Mrs. Forbes also has a passion for data.  In 2017, she was appointed the Principal for the NEW Meadow Ridge Elementary!!! Mrs. Forbes is excited about Meadow Ridge Elementary School and is committed to the Re3j community!

Mrs. Forbes has 2 children who attend Re3j schools.  She is married to Nathan Forbes who works at UPS.  During her free time she loves to cheer for the Denver Broncos and any Lil Rebels or WC Rebels teams.  She also enjoys camping and spending time with family.
